		<description>I like the post. In addition, I would add that you need to have a clear goal that you are trying to accomplish which stands over the project.

On one of my recent projects, I took the goal and stuck it on my keyboard and the background on my iPhone. That way, everytime I came across an idea, I had to screen it against my goal and it either was going to work or not. It cut down on &quot;feature&quot; overload problems.</description>
